You made it! Sea to shining sea! Congratulations!! You are supermen! Did you dip your front tires? And are you ready for the ceremonial shaving of the face? Maybe a spa day would be in order.
Got the your bedroom outlet grounded this morning so the air conditioning is ready should you think you need it -- it only got up to 108F on the second floor last week...
Congrats guys....What a sight....you on the beach by the Pacific. How amazing are YOU!!!!! We're so proud of you and in absolute shock that it's almost over....Sure will miss the great conversations with you and the vicarious excitement of all the wondrous tales state by state. You have joined the ranks of true HEROES. That must feel pretty good. Enjoy all your celebrity....you've earned it. Love you. MommaU
so awesome you made it! I have loved reading the blogs, congrats on the well achieved mission. So I was biking in Australia and I hit a hill and almost thought half way up it I was going to die of exhaustion. I had a thought about how you have done this for months now... the hill only took about a minute to get up, yes I guess you can say the beers in fji and various other places have made me out of shape.... Nice work on making it farther on a bike than I ever will! I will buy you a beer one day ;)
Excellent work. Y'all are monsters! Self-enclosed alternative power supplies. 'They' should study you and build engines around you so you can ride bikes and power cars and buildings and stuff! That'll be the life!
From the Atlantic coast to the Pacific coast--what an adventure. The pic of the two of you (Nick-sitting-Dave on the sand)--what a sight for me to see. You look great!!I am just sorry that the trip is over--I so enjoyed reading all about it. Cannot wait until I get to hug you.
